Title: Senior Instructional Designer (Remote Telecommute)
Piton Science & Technology, LLC (Piton) is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to support our Team on a federal contract for the Department of the Interior (DOI), the Council Of The Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Training Institute.
This role will be Full-Time Remote/Telework.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Uses Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create new courses based on the requirements identified by the Training Institute staff.
- Provides evaluation of current courses identified by the Training Institute
- Enhance existing courses based on feedback provided by students or evaluation by current instructors.
Qualifications:
- Requires a MA/MS Degree with over 10 years of relevant experience as listed in the job description.
- Must have proven experience using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to plan the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for traditional training systems developed for technical training programs.
- Must have experience providing evaluation of curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures.
- ADDIE Instructional Design methodology
- Curriculum development and implementation
- Section 508 Compliance
- Clear communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to present to various levels of audiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time.
- Experience supporting Federal government customers or working in government environment, a plus.
